Kincell Bio is hiring a QC Microbiology Supervisor to provide technical leadership and hands-on oversight of microbiology and environmental monitoring activities supporting GMP manufacturing and laboratory operations. The role includes coordinating testing workloads, performing and reviewing microbiological assays, overseeing environmental monitoring, supporting investigations and contamination control, coordinating external laboratory testing, contributing to method and equipment qualification, reviewing data and documentation, training personnel, and participating in audits and inspections. The position is 100% onsite at the Durham, North Carolina laboratory, scheduled Monday through Friday on the first shift, with occasional weekends and overtime.
