Description
The employer is hiring an onsite QC Supervisor in Berkshire to lead a Quality Control team in a diagnostic or biotech laboratory. The role oversees QC testing of reagents, raw materials, and finished ELISA kits; manages analysts and schedules; ensures data accuracy, SOP and GDP compliance, documentation review, deviation investigations, audit readiness, and process improvements; and collaborates with R&D and Manufacturing. Candidates should have a relevant degree, substantial QC laboratory experience, hands-on ELISA or immunoassay testing experience, and experience supervising or mentoring lab teams.
