Description
The role supervises and schedules a department, ensures timely job processing, sets up and uses inspection equipment, performs in-process and final inspection, and verifies finished-product dimensions and tolerances using blueprints and design sketches. It requires strong mechanical inspection, manufacturing and machining, GDT, SPC, computer literacy, and at least five years of metrology or inspection experience; CMM experience, AS9100 or ISO9000 familiarity, and prior team-lead or supervisory experience are desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
