Cates Control Systems is hiring a full-time Testing Technician in Plano, Texas to test and verify industrial control panels. The role includes pull-testing wires, checking labels, fuses, component sizes and voltages, applying identification and UL stickers, completing check sheets, and logging work in Epicor. The position requires knowledge of AC-DC circuits, NEC and UL508A, PLC ladder logic, motor controls, drives, motors, transformers, digital multimeters, and basic computer skills. It is an in-person, 10-hour shift with a salary of $22.00–$26.00 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and insurance.
