Description
The QA Validation Technician will perform plant-based validation testing and inspections, train inspectors, review quality documentation, support device and tool qualification, assist with failure investigations and cost-improvement projects, prepare quality reports, review inspection plans, conduct internal and process audits, and participate in problem-solving meetings. The role requires a technical degree or science degree, at least two years of QA validation or quality inspection experience, knowledge of sampling plans, statistics, quality systems, and GMP, along with strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
