Ascendion is hiring a QE Director, also described as a Testing Director, in Bengaluru, India. The role leads testing and quality assurance strategy, manages testing professionals, integrates testing with development, maintains test automation frameworks and processes, assesses risks, evaluates testing technologies, and reports results to senior management. Candidates need 18–20 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in software testing and quality assurance and 3 years in leadership, along with Agile/Scrum, test automation, software development methodology, technical, communication, and team leadership skills.
