Logiqal is hiring a QEC Scientist to join its QEC team and contribute to fault-tolerant quantum computing design and roadmap innovation. The role spans the QEC stack from physical-layer protocols through fault-tolerant compilation of algorithms for distributed, modular hardware, with direct collaboration on practical QEC protocols tailored to the company’s neutral-atom qubit and CMOS optoelectronics architecture. Candidates should have experience with quantum computer architecture, QEC protocol simulations, logical operations, qLDPC codes, and fault-tolerant compilation; machine learning decoders or ML-driven research are advantageous. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey, offers a base salary of $180,000–$250,000 plus equity, and includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
