BESIX Group is hiring a Belgium-based QHSE Director reporting to the COO of BESIX Construction. The role leads the Group-wide Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment strategy, governance, budget, training, incident management, digital tools, and integrated management system across construction business lines and regional and specialised contractors. It requires proven QHSE or operational leadership experience in construction or a related industry, strong risk-management and stakeholder-influence capabilities, regular travel, and fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
