Bufab Flos is hiring a full-time QHSE Manager to own quality, health, safety, and environmental performance across the organization. The role covers QHSE governance and compliance with ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001; customer and supplier quality results; root-cause analysis and improvement follow-up; QHSE team development; data-driven decision-making; and participation in the Operational Management Team. The position requires extensive technical knowledge and relevant experience in a comparable QHSE role, offers a 39-hour-per-week schedule, and includes vacation days, holiday allowance, a year-end bonus, pension, insurance plans, and training opportunities.
