Description
The Residential Manager oversees the daily operations of a central Illinois residential facility serving adults with disabilities. Reporting to the Administrator of Residential Services and supervising Direct Support Persons and Dietary Technicians, the role manages regulatory compliance, resident admissions and discharges, facility upkeep, property work orders, staff scheduling and performance, and state-mandated QIDP certification. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a QIDP qualifying field, a valid driver’s license with current auto insurance, and employee-supervision experience.
