Description
The Quicklane Advisor sells and schedules vehicle maintenance, greets customers, gathers vehicle information, prepares repair orders, recommends maintenance, provides cost estimates, coordinates promised times and dispatch, monitors repair progress, explains completed work and charges, and completes Ford certification testing. The role requires three months of related experience or training, a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturer training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
