ISS is hiring a full-time FIFO Sous Chef from Brisbane and nearby suburbs for a 14:7 roster. The role works with onsite Head Chefs to prepare high-quality breakfast, crib, and dinner meals, with meals, accommodation, uniforms, and support provided while on site. Applicants need Australian trade certification or a Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, a food safety certificate, commercial sous-chef experience, and high-volume catering experience; mining village and large-scale A La Carte experience are desirable.
