GRO Community is hiring a full-time Community-Based Clinical Supervisor (QMHP Supervisor) to provide clinical supervision, direct practice, quality oversight, and community leadership across Southern Illinois. The role supports existing and new school-based, probation, reentry, and independent housing programs; supervises QMHPs, MHPs, and other clinicians; maintains a small caseload; ensures compliance with Medicaid, DHS, school, and other service requirements; and helps expand offices and programs. The position requires a Clinical Master’s Degree, community- and school-based mental health experience, clinical supervision or mentorship experience, and regular travel across Southern Illinois, with a hybrid schedule and flexibility to create a personal work schedule.
