Description
The Production Quality Engineer manages quality in serial production, including process control, SPC, Cp/Cpk, control plans, nonconformance containment, customer and supplier issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates quality technicians and auditors, supports corrective and preventive actions, maintains QMS and process documentation, and has authority to stop production for quality or safety risks. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, industrial, manufacturing, production, quality, process, or engineering experience, and 3–5 years of quality experience including at least 3 years in process quality.
