Gotion Inc. is hiring a full-time QMS Engineer to build and maintain a quality management system for its manufacturing facility in Manteno, Illinois. The role covers QMS architecture, quality documentation, internal audits, management reviews, certification audits, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, inspection guidelines, quality reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, with battery or automotive battery experience preferred. The position is onsite five days per week and offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
