Gotion Inc. is hiring a full-time QMS Engineer to build and maintain a quality management system for its manufacturing operations. The role covers QMS architecture, quality documentation, internal audits, management reviews, certification audits, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, inspection guidelines, quality data analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, with battery or automotive battery experience preferred. The U.S. base salary range is $90,000–$120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
