Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will handle the financial and quantitative aspects of construction projects, including quantity takeoffs, verification, quotations, estimates, bills of quantities and materials, rate analysis, work-breakdown structures, baseline budgets, reporting, and stakeholder liaison. The role requires a Civil or Construction Engineering degree, 8–10 years of buildings-sector experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation, knowledge of construction standards and contract conditions, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and preferably Revit or BIM software. Outstation travel may be required, and an immediate joiner is preferred.
