Description
The QS Manager will lead cost planning, BOQ development, tender evaluation, contract administration, variation orders, progress claims, and cost-control reporting across multiple development projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least five years of quantity surveying experience in multi-project environments, and strong technical, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. The position collaborates with project managers, architects, and MEP teams and oversees QS governance, documentation standards, and procurement processes.
