The role leads cost management strategy and practice development, prepares and controls project budgets and forecasts, develops cost systems and digital reporting, advises on cost risks, procurement, value engineering, and dispute resolution, builds client relationships, and mentors a growing team. It requires extensive capital project cost management experience, proficiency with Primavera or Project Cost X and Earned Value Management, professional accreditation, and knowledge of Infrastructure Guidelines and the Capital Works Management Framework. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model and a competitive starting salary of €73,600.00.
