Q-Sourcing is seeking a resident Telecommunication Engineer to oversee preventive, corrective, and major maintenance of EACOP telecommunication systems across Tanzania and Uganda, including marine radios, fiber networks, CCTV, PABX, LAN/WAN, VSAT, microwave, routers, switches, and intrusion detection systems. The role requires frequent travel to remote sites, with an initial expected period at the Dar es Salaam office, and involves troubleshooting, network configuration, regulatory compliance, vendor liaison, maintenance reporting, budgeting, and training local staff. Applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in oil and gas, telecommunications, or a related field.
