Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) for a community-based crisis response project serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Southwest Arkansas. The role provides face-to-face or virtual coaching and training to Direct Support Professionals, supports positive behavior support plans, conducts functional behavioral assessments, and provides crisis de-escalation under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least one year of experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, required certifications and licensures, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. The role is a combination of remote and in-person work with travel to areas including Texarkana, Arkansas, Hope, Magnolia, Eldorado, and Camden, and pays $49,200.
