Magdala House is hiring a full-time, in-person Quality of Life Director/Program Specialist (QDDP/HS) to develop Individual Support Plans and treatment goals for at least two ISL homes serving nine individuals, supervise and train direct-care staff, manage home operations and schedules, oversee budgets and documentation, and coordinate with families and service coordinators. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, at least one year of developmental disabilities experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal and EDL record. The schedule is an eight-hour Monday-to-Friday shift with on-call and weekend availability, and the starting salary is $50,000 with health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, and professional development benefits.
