Workplace Options is hiring a remote, full-time EAP Counselor/Qualified EAP Clinician in Texas to provide bilingual Spanish- and English-language employee assistance counseling. The role includes intake and assessment, triage, referral, clinical case management, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, follow-up, confidential documentation, and support for clients experiencing mental health, substance abuse, and family concerns.
