Workplace Options is hiring a remote Qualified EAP Clinician/EAP Counselor serving clients in Florida. The role provides bilingual Spanish-English employee assistance counseling, including intake and assessment, triage, crisis intervention and management, referrals, short-term counseling, follow-up, clinical case management, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or attached diploma in counseling or psychology and at least two years of post-qualification direct client-contact experience providing counseling or mental health services. Experience with clinical assessments is required or preferred, while mindfulness or solution-focused counseling training is an asset.
