Majestic Care of Fort Wayne is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join their community nursing team. The QMA will be responsible for preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring safety and accurate documentation. This role involves various tasks such as checking physician orders, maintaining drug storage, assisting with resident positioning, reporting changes to the charge nurse, documenting vital signs, updating medical records, ordering medications, using drug references, counting individual control drug records, and responding to alarms.
