Description
The Wood Group is hiring a full-time Mental Health Counselor to provide psychosocial support to residents, including daily group and individual sessions, problem-solving, communication, anger management, community reintegration, and co-occurring psychiatric and substance-use issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, a valid Texas driver's license, and proven mental health counseling experience. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. shift, dental and vision benefits, vacation and retirement benefits, paid training, and $21.00 per hour.
