Description
The Qualified Mental Health Professional provides one-on-one and group-based behavioral health services to male clients ages 5 and up, with a focus on probation and justice-involved individuals. The role delivers skill-building, role-playing, social communication, problem-solving, and trauma-informed interventions; supports clients in community settings; collaborates with schools, case managers, and probation officers; participates in treatment teams; maintains progress notes and discharge summaries; and manages a caseload of up to 25 clients. The position is field-based throughout Chicagoland, offers flexible scheduling, and provides training for candidates without prior experience.
