Description
The role provides basic care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene and mobilization, food and fluid intake, positioning, delegated nursing measures, health-change observation, documentation, and collaboration with qualified nursing staff. Applicants need at least one year of nursing training, recognition as a nursing, geriatric, or nursing care assistant, a responsible approach, empathy, teamwork, shift and weekend availability, and adequate German language skills. The position offers €17.80 gross per hour, shift and holiday premiums, vacation and Christmas bonuses, personal support, long-term assignments, and opportunities for permanent employment.
