Description
The employer is seeking a qualified nursing professional to serve as a Quality Management Representative/QMB in a modern residential care facility in the Bonn area. The role combines quality management responsibilities—such as developing care standards, supporting audits and inspections, training staff, optimizing care processes, and maintaining documentation—with regular support for the nursing team in direct resident care. It is a permanent, full-time position with a base salary of approximately €52,000 to €57,000 gross per year, plus allowances and bonuses, and total compensation of up to approximately €68,000 gross per year.
