Description
The Geriatric Nurse provides care and support for residents in two shared-living communities and an assisted-living setting, ensuring high-quality nursing care and professional standards. The role includes basic and treatment-related nursing, digital documentation, guidance and supervision of nursing staff and assistants, and engagement with people with disabilities. It is based primarily at the Adelkampstr. and Hurterstr. sites in Essen-Frohnhausen, with outreach support to clients in apartments throughout Essen, and requires mobility within Essen, a driver's license, and a company car.
