Description
The Nursing Training Instructor advises and supports nursing assistants, records care data, plans and coordinates care with the team, supports residents and their relatives, and guides trainees through generalist nursing and nursing assistant training. The role requires completed training as a qualified nursing professional, such as a geriatric nurse, nursing professional, or health and nursing care professional, along with teamwork, motivation, and interest in professional development. The position is based at Seniorenzentrum am Markwasen, a 63-bed nursing home on the outskirts of a city.
