Veolia is hiring a Qualified Operations Operator – Incineration (M/F) at its Courrières site to operate, monitor, and maintain hazardous-waste incineration facilities. The role includes feeding waste, starting processes, operating steam, compressed air, and pressurized-water networks, performing lockout/tagout, conducting first-level maintenance, taking samples, performing quality checks, reporting anomalies, and following safety procedures. It requires a technical diploma in industry, process engineering, thermal engineering, or an equivalent specialty, significant industrial experience, hands-on work, organization, autonomy, teamwork, and safety awareness; chemistry knowledge and CACES 3 certification are additional assets. The position follows a 5x8 shift-work schedule and offers a permanent contract, 13-month salary, shift premiums, meal vouchers, vacation bonus, health insurance, and other benefits.
