Easterseals PORT Health is hiring a Program Supervisor/QP to guide and manage Program Supervisors and support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in Salisbury, North Carolina and surrounding areas. The role includes case management, personal and program development, personnel management, operational administration, coordination of services, and budget and financial management. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., pays $50,000, and requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, QP qualification, at least three years of program and supervisory experience including residential services, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background check.
