BKF Engineers is seeking an experienced Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) to support construction-phase environmental compliance services throughout California. The role focuses on stormwater compliance for transportation, municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects, including inspections, SWPPP implementation, reporting, monitoring, and coordination with contractors and agencies. The position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and current QSP certification, with QSD preferred. It is a hybrid, salary-based role with a base range of $100,000 to $145,000 annually and includes benefits such as profit sharing, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and education reimbursement.
