Factor is hiring a Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality assurance at its production site in Verden. The role oversees the FSQA team, develops and monitors food-safety processes and KPIs, manages CAPAs and recalls, coordinates with production, intralogistics, supply chain and engineering teams, and leads a three-person team. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least five years of food-safety and quality-assurance experience in food manufacturing, leadership experience, HACCP/GFSI knowledge, audit experience, analytical skills, and fluent English with at least B1/B2 German.
