Kongsberg Municipality is seeking a Quality Advisor to develop, implement, and monitor the municipality’s quality system and internal control. The role covers risk analysis, deviation management, quality indicators, procedures, competence management, HSE, internal audits, data protection and GDPR, and service-development projects, while also serving as deputy to the Chief Emergency Preparedness Officer. Applicants need relevant higher education or a bachelor’s degree, strong Norwegian language skills, and preferably public-sector quality and change-management experience.
