Description
Coca-Cola FEMSA is hiring a Quality Analyst for its packaging area to verify process and product integrity, inspect and validate HACCP and prerequisite programs, and support compliance with ISO-based quality, environmental, and safety management systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a food-related field, 2 years of food industry experience, and familiarity with quality systems, continuous improvement tools, SAP QM, and international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, KORE 3.0, HACCP, Lean, and Six Sigma.
