Med-Metrix is hiring a Quality Analyst, Inpatient Coding to review and improve the quality, accuracy, compliance, and risk assessment of inpatient medical coding. The role leads and coaches coding staff, administers quality assessments, manages operational processes, analyzes reports and data, supports training, and ensures adherence to coding standards, policies, and HIPAA requirements. It requires advanced professional coding knowledge, AAPC or AHIMA certification, at least three years of inpatient DRG coding experience, and six months of quality-management experience. The position is a dayshift work-from-home role with competitive benefits.
