Med-Metrix is hiring a full-time, permanent Quality Analyst, Inpatient Coding to work from home. The role reviews and improves coding quality, compliance, documentation, and risk assessment; leads and develops a team; manages operational processes; analyzes reports and data; supports training and performance improvement; and ensures adherence to coding standards, policies, and HIPAA requirements. Candidates need advanced professional coding knowledge, at least two years of inpatient coding experience, six months of quality-management experience, AAPC or AHIMA certification, and strong communication and analytical skills.
