Tilson Homes is hiring a Quality & Cost Control Specialist for its Gulf Coast area. The role supports field audits, verifies material usage, reviews variances, documents waste and shortages, and collaborates with construction, cost management, drafting, and other teams to resolve issues and protect margins. The position requires knowledge of blueprints, construction details, building materials, building codes, basic math, communication, data analysis, organization, and Microsoft Office, with regular travel throughout Texas. Five or more years of homebuilding or related experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
