SE-Elektronic is hiring a Quality and IMS Manager to establish, maintain, and continuously improve a company-wide integrated management system covering quality, environmental, energy, and ESG requirements. The role includes managing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, internal and external audits, complaints management, quality metrics, business-process optimization, and cross-functional coordination with occupational health and safety, energy management, and compliance. The position requires a technical or engineering background, several years of quality-management-system experience, knowledge of relevant standards and QM methods, and excellent German and English skills. It offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.
