Description
Storyteller Overland is hiring a full-time Quality & Process Engineer to support its Technology, Engineering, and Design team. The role evaluates production processes, equipment, safety, quality, cost, and delivery; develops standardized work and manufacturing procedures; leads engineering change management; supports design validation and new product introductions; analyzes production data; conducts root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions; and champions Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement. The position requires manufacturing or assembly experience, hands-on tool use, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably 2+ years of engineering or manufacturing/process engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. The schedule is compressed from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with starting compensation of 85k plus incentives and rewards.
