Description
The FFT is hiring a Quality and Professional Certification Compliance Manager to oversee the quality and compliance of professional certifications through its LIFT department. The role conducts desk-based and on-site inspections of authorized training organizations, monitors corrective actions, verifies certification processes and files, coordinates examination boards, supports governance bodies, produces performance indicators, and contributes to audits and continuous improvement. The position requires a Bac +3 to Bac +5 qualification in a relevant field, ideally experience in quality, compliance, or professional certification, and offers up to two days of remote work with three days of in-person attendance required.
