PharmaLogic is hiring a Quality & Regulatory Technology & Innovation Program Manager to support the development and implementation of technology, artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives for Quality & Regulatory operations in the United States. The role partners with Q&R leadership, functional teams, and IT to design, build, test, implement, and transition AI agents, Power BI tools, automated workflows, dashboards, data systems, and enterprise platform enhancements. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressive technology or data-related experience, hands-on generative AI and Power BI experience, and experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or similar environment. The starting annual salary is $130,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
