Description
The role maps and analyzes team processes through interviews and direct observation, creates technical and operational documentation and flowcharts, collaborates with department managers to improve documentation, supports process standardization and optimization, uses data-analysis tools, analyzes performance indicators, and develops accessible organizational tools. The profile requires at least an A2 English level, basic programming skills or willingness to learn, problem-solving and translation skills, and a degree in a relevant technical or management field.
