Description
The Quality Assembly Supervisor leads daily assembly operations, coordinates production priorities, and ensures products are built safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The role supervises team members, performs and oversees inspections, investigates quality issues, supports continuous improvement, interprets engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, maintains inspection and quality records, and collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and other manufacturing teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, and proficiency with assembly processes, quality systems, engineering documentation, Microsoft Office, and production systems.
