The Quality Assistant will support the Quality Manager in a family-run meat-processing company by performing quality-control checks, supporting internal and external audits, managing customer and supplier inquiries and complaints, maintaining quality documentation, conducting operational safety checks, and supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives. The role requires a relevant degree, 1–3 years of similar experience, familiarity with HACCP and CCP standards, and strong communication and attention to detail.
