Description
The Procurement Engineer will source tooling, components, and services for new and existing programs in Suzhou, obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate supplier terms and costs, and manage supplier delivery, quality, and development from prototype through production. The role coordinates with global procurement, sourcing, engineering, and quality teams, monitors supplier performance, supports corrective actions, develops new suppliers, and maintains procurement systems and savings reporting. Applicants need a four-year business administration degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of buying experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and English.
