Description
The Quality Associate inspects outgoing parts in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements. The role involves using gauges, measurement tools, visual checks, and standardized work instructions; documenting inspection results; identifying and segregating nonconforming product; supporting root-cause investigations; maintaining inspection stations; and communicating with production, engineering, and quality teams. The position also requires physical activity, including standing, kneeling, lifting up to 35 pounds, and handling small parts.
