Description
The Quality Associate confirms quality attributes of intermediate products and processes, responds to non-conformities, and ensures production processes and products meet internal and customer specifications. The role performs control checks, coordinates shift handovers, maintains 5S and documentation, operates analytical equipment, conducts at-line and off-line analysis, trains operations staff, and supports continuous improvement. It requires a high school or relevant higher education, at least two years of manufacturing or processing experience, quality-control experience on the shop floor, Microsoft Office skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work full-time on the shop floor, including shifts and controlled environments.
